Shipping Policy

We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes via trusted courier partners. We do not currently ship internationally. Prices shown on the site are inclusive of taxes; any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Orders are delivered within 7–10 days of placing your order, anywhere in India. This covers packing, dispatch and courier transit.

Timelines are estimates — courier delays, weather and regional disruptions can occasionally add a few days. If your order looks stuck, message us and we’ll chase it with the courier.

You’ll receive updates on your account email as your order progresses, and you can check status anytime from your account page. Once dispatched, we share the courier tracking details.

Figures and collectibles are fragile, so everything ships in protective packaging with the retail box intact. If anything still arrives damaged, our Refund & Cancellation Policy covers you — report it within 48 hours of delivery.

• Couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times. If a package returns to us as undelivered, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping (reshipping charges may apply).
• Need to correct an address after ordering? Message us before dispatch on WhatsApp or wondershelf.in@gmail.com and we’ll update it.
