Wondershelf does not offer refunds, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Collectibles are limited-run items whose value depends on sealed, original condition — please review your order carefully before paying.
Every order ships in protective packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received a different item than you ordered, we will send you a free replacement.
If an amount is debited from your account but your order is not confirmed (for example, a failed or duplicate transaction), the payment gateway automatically reverses it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If it takes longer, contact us with the transaction reference and we will follow up with Razorpay.
